J. M. Wright provides fast and responsive service for our customers. We commit to shipping orders for our standard products on the business day following receipt of our customer's purchase orders. We ship via UPS Ground for domestic shipments and UPS or FedEx for international shipments. We will use our customer's shipping preferences upon request. We send paper or electronic invoices on the date of shipment.

Our extensive experience working with our customers has allowed us to broaden our products and services to include special, custom solutions. We work with our customers to determine what is required, even helping them with design, if necessary. We have experience providing USAID labels and decals that are larger or smaller than our standard products, and using other unique materials as well. We also have worked with customers on other US Government programs like PEPFAR, MCC and the President's Malaria Initiative.

Our goal is for our customers to look to us as their full-service provider of USAID and other government program branded materials.
